1 LARGE CAN ENGLISH PEAS (DRAINED)
1 LB. AMERICAN PROCESS CHEESE
1 CAN MUSHROOM SOUP
1 STICK OF BUTTER OR MARGARINE
SALTINE CRACKERS (CRUSHED) or (Crushed Ritz Crackers tastes better)
IN CASSEROLE PUT 1 LAYER OF ASPARAGUS, 1 LAYER OF SLICED EGGS, 1 LAYER OF SOUP, 1 LAYER OF CHEESE, 1 LAYER OF PEAS, MELT BUTTER AND STIR IN CRUSHED CRACKERS TO ABSORB BUTTER, SPRINKLE ON TOP OF CASSEROLE. COOK UNTIL CHEESE MELTS, ABOUT 30 MINUTES AT 350. (WATER CHESTNUTS WOULD BE GOOD TO ADD)
