• 2 Large cans of pineapple chunks (DRAINED)
• 5 table spoons of all purpose flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 sleeve of Ritz Crackers (CRUSHED)
• 1 stick of Butter (MELTED)
1. Drain pineapple and spread pineapple in bottom of casserole dish.
2. Mix flour and sugar together then put on top of pineapple
3. Sprinkle cheese over flour and sugar
4. Mix melted butter and crushed crackers together then sprinkle over top of casserole.
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
